I have good and bad news, so I'll start with the bad news. I hope that will work for you too. It makes me angry because if I had a disk, this wouldn't be an issue. Something to do with Origin. Make sure to login with the same account after reinstalling. I've already placed the ultimate fix and everything. As both of them are windows 8. Im gonna see if that works if not.

I've done everything to try to get that fix and no results. Every time I try to open The Sims 4, Origin starts to update. Apparently Origin places some cache files into your computer when Origin detects you have a pirated copy of Sims 4. Have u download the game from others site and run the game? I disabled my antivirus when I did it that time, I tried it again today with my antivirus down again with no change The game still works if I open origin in the background, just without the updates, and I haven't had the time to play as of late anyway so I'll try waiting for future updates to see if those work. And no, Origin is not running in the background as you mention. Before that i can run the game without origin or whether open it to go online.

Sorry, I wish I knew how to solve this one but I don't Check if a game advisor can help further Game advisors can be found through live chat. You copied your install folder out of Electronic Arts or Origin Games instead of moving it 5. At least Origin is not updating everytime now. Please try reinstalling the game. I blocked Sims 4 in the firewall, uninstalled all anti-virus programs on my pc, reinstalled it, redownloaded the files, redownloaded the ultimate fix and reapplied it, I even tried the Reloaded version but it also gave the same error. I'll try checking later on Windows 7. I would appreciate if anyone would help me on this. No uninstallation of the Sims 4 is required or any registry editing. It's 8gb At first it said I need a key to play.
